Bikini Competitor & Fitness Model

The name Rocky suits me perfectly...I may not fight Apollo, but I'm eager to achieve success!  I have always been into fitness in one way or another, starting with cheering in middle school and high school, and have taught everything from yoga to shadowboxing as a hobby.   After raising my daughter and getting her set up on her own, I decided to find my selfish side and start focusing on my training for bikini competitions.  I started competing at the age of 38 after being inspired by my fellow Bikini Rockstar friend, Angel.  A year and a half (and 6 shows later), I have 6 trophies along with much more self esteem and confidence, and having the opportunity to compete at a national level against many fit and beautiful women has been such an achievement for me!  I now travel once a month, all around the world, and film fitness videos for my website, The Wellness Tracker.  Being able to show others how I stay fit is extremely rewarding for me, and I wanted to offer a platform for others (starting at any size/shape) to share their success with the world also.  Most importantly, through competing and building my website, I have been able to set a positive example for my daughter and prove to her that she can do absolutely anything if she sets goals and is determined to achieve them...and that's the best trophy for me!
